Its been a real struggle this month just going to work and the occasional class. Mood and energy at a low. The only time I had energy was when I was pumping out cookies orders one week which left me no time for the gym. Now, I have lost my motivation some how. Trying to get it back and get to the gym tonight. Brought my gym clothes, reserved my spot in class, now all I have to fo is fight the Lazy Monster that strikes every day around 5:30...
I completely forgot about the challenge I joined. SMH. Failed this month. I really need to up my protein intake. I've been binge eating/craving junk way too often this month.
