Hi All,
Dropped off the diet and put on a fair bit of weight; fortunately I have been struck by inspiration before I hit the dreaded triple figures...
I think a good start would be to get back to where I was before, so my target is to get down to 90KG.
After I'm back to 90KG I'll have to reassess the target and see what's achievable. :)
