Losing a lot of water weight from the holidays. Feels great! Making most of my meals at home and cooking items from scratch and using less cans and processed foods as possible. Ate out Friday for lunch grilled fish and veggies and will eat out for dinner tonight Treat Meal but going workout now to burn some calories to make up for my treat meal! YAY!
