Horrible time to start a new program, but it is now or never. I started Atkins not quite a week ago and pounds or water weight or something is dropping. Feel encouraged, just need to stick with it. I know it will get easier. Good thing is I am really not hungry at all, just missing the foods I love. What is it they say, "Nothing tastes as good as being thin (or thinner) feels"...need to remember that!
