It's 3 days before your birthday and I weighed in at 200 pounds today. I also haven't drank alcohol since new years day.
200.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 25.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1686 kcal Fat: 84.46g | Prot: 112.20g | Carb: 129.38g.   Breakfast: Yellow Rice, Bacon (Cured, Pan-Fried, Cooked), Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Oatmeal Pancake Mix, Egg. Lunch: Slivered Almonds, Total 2% Greek Srained Yogurt (Fage). Dinner: Lamb Loin (Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Choice Grade). Snacks/Other: Organic Raw Walnut Halves & Pieces, 100% Whey Protein Powder Gold Standard - Vanilla Ice Cream, Organic Whole Milk, Frozen Strawberries, Frozen Sliced Peaches, Clementines, Organic Gala Apples, Beef Jerky. more...
