day 12 of the 30 day shred!! have been following my calorie intake resonably well. some days im a few calories off but it alright as long as i try and stick with my workout!
145.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
