Just back from a 7 day cruise and to be fair, we only had the three meals per day despite all the continuous buffets, free cafes etc etc . Looking back I'm pleased with how we ate. My downfall was being confined to a wheel chair for the last 5 days. Next time I will pack my trekking poles..........somehow. I was hoping the onboard gym would have them.
