596 calories yesterday - exercise used 356 - plus just normal calories used in a day actually moved the scale. That 2000 calorie recommendation would mean I'd gain a ton of weight! My need is apparently substantially less.
123.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
