disappointed. ate bread roll with cheese last night at work. work is killing me ehhh! still lost though. back to being perfect today! NO BREAD OR DAIRY.
205.9 lb Lost so far: 5.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
