I some times feel so hungry that I worry that I'm gonna go on a binge. Tonight after work was so bad that I was afraid to go home. I knew no one else was home. Instead of going home I went to Walmart and waited until my husband called and said he was about 5 minutes away. We got home at the same time and I made a tortilla pizza. While it was in the oven, I assembled another one. I devoured them both! I need to make sure I bring carrots for my drive home!

It was a close call tonight, but I was victorious! So far I have not had any binges this year!!! It may be the first time I've ever gone this long.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That's great that you knew you were going to slip and resisted!!! I put sugar free gum in my candy dish at work and it really helps me when I feel like going and getting some chips! LOL! I also will get a BIG diet soda from a convenience store if I'm feeling like I want to eat up the whole house, it keeps me from going over board on food. Congrats on no binges! That's so awesome!

Thanks, Tish! I have a diet Coke in the afternoons when I used to have something really bad. And today I am prepared with some fat free corn cakes for my ride home!
