I hope this weight doesn't pile back on when the stress subsides!!
135.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 10.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 2.6 lb a week

whatever you're doing, it's working for you! experts say that stress actually prevents you from losing weight...so maybe you're not giving yourself enough credit for your hard work! :)
