Added more exercises to my back and biceps routines last night. They say that your muscles will grow faster then when you first worked out. This must be true because the exercise weights are starting to out pace the ability of my hands to grip. Arthritis in my hands are not helping. I'm doing a forearm routine as well, but it has been slow going because of the immense weight of the Olympic bars, I used standard bars that the gym had in the 90's. my weight has hit a plateau, but fat loss continues along with my leg strength. Been treading on eggshells as far as my knees are concerned. Will be getting knee braces soon.
282.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 7.0 lb a week
