i aploigize to my fatsecret family. i have not been a good dieter lately. my daughter had to have emergency surgery monday and i have been stressed and of course i used food for my comfort, but no more i promise to be good from here on out!!!

170.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb. Still to go: 40.0 lb. Diet followed poorly.
