I made it to my 10% goal!!! I am so excited. I am having a great week. I did have some slips last week which included not tracking for three days when we were snowed in. However, I am on my third week of walking. So far I have been successful at walking 3 times a week. I am walking for between 20-30 mins and between .5 and .75 miles. It is a great start. I am following the WW walking plan although I tend to walk more than it requires. Now I'm ready to set my next goal...the 15% goal.
255.0 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 118.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
