It looks like I stayed one month at the same weight. I would like to lose six pounds by Thanksgiving because I am very uncomfortable at this weight and my weight will likely increase as the holidays approach if I do not take some corrective action.
At the same time, my wife and I are still enjoying some give away meals at the Empire which are widening our girth.
