I'm disappointed that I gained weight again. It's frustrating to not lose weight and keep it off. I hope that today will be a better day than yesterday for weight loss, even though it's Halloween.
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
