Come on I gotta get through this. So close to 199, why can't I let myself get there? Why am I messing it up? I can do this. I WILL NOT give up! I WILL NOT give in! I WILL keep moving forward! I WILL reach my goal and stay there!

It's Friday, and that's a great thing. I have to start exercising again, so this weekend is it :)
202.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 72.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You can do it! To get to 199.8, you need to eat 8,400 calories less than what you burn. It's a tall order! So don't worry how long it takes. It will happen!

Well I took two walks today during my morning and afternoon breaks at work. Tomorrow I will do a longer walk since I don't work. Maybe I'll try jogging a little :)

Best Wishes! We are here to support you! Let me know what kind of foods you like and I can email you some of my favorite new recipes. I try to plan for 300 calorie meals so I can get in three meals and three 100 calorie snacks and I am eating every 2 hours from 7am to 7pm.
