My scale this morning was reading 10 stone 2 1/8, so I'm entering this and 142.1 lbs. Did go up a bit, but I've brought it down again.
142.1 lb Lost so far: 1.9 lb.    Still to go: 4.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
