I adjusted my weight down to 218 from 219 because I weighed in this morning 2 pounds less than yesterday which is NOT possible. Yesterday's weigh in must have been higher than actual; and today's may be lower than actual. So I'll monitor my weight a little more frequently until I can ensure that the readings are realistic.
