Celebrated mums birthday yesterday and did really well, I did break my fast into two lots 12-2pm and 8-10pm. I did this so I could enjoy lunch with the family.

Im still in a caloric deficit and not feeling hungry, I do cheat a little and have coffee to help me along.

Im going to attempt to stay in deficit until just prior to Christmas.

Keeping the fat fight real ;)
226.0 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
