I am going the wrong way. Guess I have to go back to keeping a food diary which makes me not happy. Been at the gym for an hour daily. No alcohol. I guess today I cut out sugar in my coffee - not really sure where that habit started anyway.
121.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.9 lb a week
