Jip as expected, gained a few. Time to review plan and get going.
285.7 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You've lost a lot of weight in a short time. Don't get discouraged by one gain. Hang in there, the marathon is not over yet.

That true, it's a life long race and not discourage. Need to see what I did different in the past week and find those bad habits :-)
