I started this journey with my husband at 207 pounds and didn't start recording my stuff like he did until I was already at 185. wish I had been documenting the whole journey. this has been amazing. I started back to work today after a 7 week medical leave from spinal surgery and everyone was shocked at how different I looked. 25 pounds down. my husband has lost 28. loving it.
176.5 lb Lost so far: 30.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 26 October 2016:
1106 kcal Fat: 61.44g | Prot: 65.52g | Carb: 70.06g.   Breakfast: Boiled Egg, Cinnamon, Kroger Old Fashioned Oatmeal. Lunch: Coffee-Mate Original Powder Creamer, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Sprite Sprite Zero (Can), Hunt's Sugar Free Orange Jello Snack Pack, Roma Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), Publix Green Bell Pepper, Great Value 4% Cottage Cheese. Dinner: Daisy Sour Cream, Market Pantry Finely Shredded Mexican Style Four-cheese Blend Cheese, Chop't Red Onion, Taco Bell Hot Sauce, Black Olives, Chi-Chi's Thick & Chunky Salsa (Mild), Mt.
