Cutting down quantity and being more aware of food types - increasing h2o and started daily vitamins... vitamins affect sleeping patterns and will start taking them in the morning. Major change: No alcohol Day 3.
121.2 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 2.6 lb a week
