i can see noticeable changes day to day when I lose weight. I happen to look in the mirror before weighing myself and I say, I feel better/look like I've lost weight. rarely is it not the case. i got the hard part of my week over with so I'm basically walking on clouds.
157.4 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 32.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
