31.5%. These past weeks after hip replacement sure have not shown in the scales. Although eating good I am not walking and moving. Its been less than three weeks but I'm feeling good!! Soon back to my walking and being active lifestyle!!
168.5 lb Lost so far: 44.5 lb.    Still to go: 18.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good for you Deb, my wide is just three months out from her hip surgery and she's feeling better than she has in twenty years. She's back to being very active again with absolutely no pain! Best of luck to you...
