Today is my first weigh in on my home digital scale. The weigh in yesterday was the figure I got from Kaiser's scale at the end of the day fully clothed Tue night. I don't think I lost 9 lbs since Tue but wouldn't that be nice. I weighed myself last night and I thought I remember it saying 247 and change. Morning is usually lighter than evening but that is a pretty big difference.

Still to go: 101.4 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
