Finally on a downhill ride on my rollercoaster!!!!!!!!!!!! YAHOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!

168.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb. Still to go: 23.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 2.3 lb a week
