late night treat night binge. blue cheese, brie, chips licorice and a little choc. dont feel good today, avoid for a considerable time. yuck to the dairy food. feel sick this morning, didnt sleep well either.
201.7 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
