Well, the endulgence I had over the weekend finally showed up today. It usually takes 2-3 days to actually show up on the scale. I'm not going to let this get me down. A more accurate weight should show up by Friday as long as I stay in control.
I am craving bread and cake like crazy today. I am going to have to find a way to combat ths. It is almost over powering today.
Also, if I can't find a way to get rid of this stress my weight is just going to climb right back up. :(
