So, I am entering week 3, Phase 2. 10 pounds down (I know my start weight says 180, but it was 182 and for the life of me I can't figure out how to change it. Anyway, I am very happy with how things have gone so far, I have not endulged in Halloween candy and even went out for an evening with friends, having a few intentional drinks, the key word there being "intentional"l. While not always easy, I have felt in control and am liking the feeling. While increasingly challengeing, I still feel strong about proceeding and having success. Looking forward to getting into my favorite jeans without "squishing"!
