I read in a few places that most Americans gain 5-7 lbs during the holidays. I gained 2. Sure, it's not much considering how much food and drink was consumed. However, this is the first holiday season since I started watching holiday weight (about 8 years) that I've gained more than a singular pound. Hopefully it'll she'd quickly.
