Thank you. I haven't deprived myself of any of the foods I love. I just enjoy them in smaller quantities and increased my water intake. I also walk at least thirty minutes a day after dinner and drink 2-3 glasses of water before I go to bed. I swear the walking is the trick. Thank you for your support. I haven't weighed this in over eight years. I had a baby a year ago and I lost 15 pounds in 4 months and have maintained the weight loss. I feel good and walking has now become part of my daily routine.
