Okay... after a few months of being ill and all sorts of meds, I am once again healthy and ready to take on the world. I have gained some weight, but I know I can lose it.

Just have to stay focused and push through
165.6 lb Lost so far: 28.4 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
