Two weeks of Fast800 ... or not as the case actually is. I've aimed for 8-900 each day, but rarely hit that amount. However I have generally come in at 1100-1500 which is enough for me to lose weight more slowly.
So, this week is between half a pound and a pound - depending on which day I go by. My official weigh day is today - and it's half a pound, so that's what's in the diary. Am hoping that next week will see a bit more.
Must remind myself I have until March to lose three and a half stone ... which is eminently doable, achievable, and doesn't require strict dieting, just being careful with what I eat and ensuring I exercise.
Other good point this week include keeping up the running. Hoorah. Low point - v constipated. Tried oodles of flax seeds, but now turning to laxatives to keep things moving. It's very painful, and I think it's impacting on how I feel about the diet.
