Ate way too much on a daily calorie basis, and too much crap food (pizza 3 days already this week, along with breadsticks, etc.). Dennis came to visit...
142.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
