SOS!! seem to have hit the dreaded plateau! Weight has remained stagnant despite eating well and really pushing on the exercise. any advice will be appreciated
181.9 lb Lost so far: 7.7 lb.    Still to go: 16.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

measure your body. If you are gaining muscle and loosing fat your weight on the scale will stay the same. Muscle takes up less space then fat so it ends up weighing more for the same mass. Also try changing up your movements every month or 2. Your body gets used to movements so it will then plateau. but if you change it up it's must work to get used to the new movement. I am not sure if this applies to you, but you should cook foods from scratch or eat raw foods like raw veggies. You should also limit your carb intake if your goal is fat loss. If it's stagnant it's better then gaining.

thank you Couture1992, comments appreciated, am generally on a low carb plan so will try change exercise routine, you are right on measurements though was measured 2 weeks ago and overall lost about 18cm.
