I have done a lot of recipe research and have found a number of recipes that I want to try. I have tried a few already. I'm making a lot of notes for changing ones I've tried and for trying new ones. This is what keeps it interesting to me. Otherwise, the whole routine gets really boring. But so far I am doing very well with keeping my caloric intake at least 1000 less than the usage each day. And I have lost 2 more pounds!!!
220.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 50.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
