Jenny O's Journal, 06 October 2016

Well, I only lost .2 this week, but, I have my head in the game again. Started to shake up my exercise routine, started working out in my house again, in addition to all the walking I have been doing. Not much showed this week on the scale, but I know that when you are building muscle, it doesn't always show right away, so I am not worried about it. Slow and steady wins the race. Hope everyone is doing well!
147.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.1 lb a week
