Yay! down two pounds in one week!!!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1391 kcal Fat: 62.96g | Prot: 42.92g | Carb: 161.74g.   Breakfast: coffee mate poudered creamer, Florida Pink and Red Grapefruit, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), light balogna, 2% Milk American Cheese Singles, smart balance, sara lee. Dinner: lemon, olive garden low fat dressing, Pasta e Fagioli, Breadstick. Snacks/Other: lipton tea, sugar, Danish Pastry with Cheese, Honey Roasted Peanuts. more...

YAY hammy! I will do my weigh in tomorrow from work, that scale is more accurate, but according to the home scale I am down 6. :) I love this program!
