It might help if you chop the total weight loss into smaller pieces. That way it appears that you are making more progress. When you find a winning combination of diet and excercise you will be pleasantly surprised. But the first step is to start!!! Good luck to you.

Thanks Mefatpat but this the calories that my Nutritionist has given me. But I will see how I go, because I want long term results.

hmmm. have you considered monitoring your salt intake? When I started doing that I saw an amazing weight loss almost right away. Now I monitor my salt all the time. If I eat a Subway sub I can "gain" 3 lbs in a day. That is pure water retention nothing else. It might take me a day or two to lose that again. I do not indulge very much. A "healthy" amount of salt in a serving is around 140mg.
