hmmm. have you considered monitoring your salt intake? When I started doing that I saw an amazing weight loss almost right away. Now I monitor my salt all the time. If I eat a Subway sub I can "gain" 3 lbs in a day. That is pure water retention nothing else. It might take me a day or two to lose that again. I do not indulge very much. A "healthy" amount of salt in a serving is around 140mg.
