It was my first weigh in! I feel pretty good, being off last week caused me setbacks, but I still lost, so I'm happy!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1601 kcal Fat: 63.80g | Prot: 116.73g | Carb: 136.64g.   Breakfast: Bagel, Plain, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds). Lunch: Granny Smith apple, arnold 100 calorie sandwich roll, Bologna. Dinner: Romano cheese, Vinegar, Chi Chi beans, Radish, Cucumber, Celery, Olive Oil, Salt, Pepper, Romaine lettuce, Beef Top Round Family Steak. Snacks/Other: Light String Cheese. more...
