Really hoping to stay under 120 - Gym day - staff meeting - very late night ahead - challenging day on 6 hrs - meals are key
119.7 lb Lost so far: 2.3 lb.    Still to go: 14.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
