A 0.3kg loss. I really should watch how much I eat at every sitting. But some foods (like seafood) are sooooooooooo nice, I just can't help myself. I guess all this mindful eating is actually paying off.
281.5 lb Lost so far: 7.3 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
losing 0.7 lb a week
