Well I just decided to weigh and lost it felt good but I will not wieigh everyday, I am feeling good today I have exercised and cleaning house have energy this morning, I am going for a walk in and hour and that will even make me feel better
192.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 47.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
