i don't exercise a lot but i eat a lot. maybe it's because of around that time already (pms).^^ recently i lost motivation to loose weight.
221.8 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.9 lb a week
