Hello Mrs Maths - I had an email saying you'd got in touch, but I didn't know how to find you on the website. It's very kind of you to be supporting me, and offering encouragement. I'm following the Blood Sugar Diet, and trying to work out whether to do the Fast 800 or the fasting for one or two days a week. I've done low carb in the past, and really enjoyed it, but I think Michael Mosley's version is healthier in terms of veg and pulses. I note from your profile that you are doing more what my friend, who is a dietician, is doing. Her view is that little things that help her lose weight slowly, will be things she can maintain long term. She has lost a lot over the past year, but I feel that I need that massive boost at the beginning. Fingers crossed.

That's OK. I clicked on the icon that asked you to be a buddy. So didn't realise it would go to mail. Glad I did as its great to have this app to go to every day. I see what you mean by trying to achieve a boost at the beginning.. Keep in touch I really don't blame you.
