I'm under 200 for the first time in a LOOONNNGGGG time!! I'M SOOOOOOO EXCITED!! Thanks to TBL for getting me started and helping learn how to eat better. :)
199.2 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 64.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 January 2010:
760 kcal Fat: 22.60g | Prot: 36.01g | Carb: 112.45g.   Breakfast: Splenda, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Water, Kroger Nutty Nuggets. Lunch: Kroger Smoked Ham, Kroger Lite Wheat Bread, Light Mayo, Water. Dinner: Water, Del Monte Corn, Roma Tomatoes, Carrots, Iceberg Lettuce, Fat Free Zesty Italian Dressing, Cucumber. Snacks/Other: Sunkist Almonds. more...
