YOU HAVE GOT TO WORK HARDER!!! HAWAII IS IN 5 WEEKS AND YOU ARE STILL IN THE 170'S!! PLEASE EXCERSICE MORE AND DON'T GO OVER YOUR POINTS!! I'M BEGGING YOU!!! I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT!!! JUST GO ALL OUT FOR THESE 5 WEEKS AND IT WILL BE SOOOOOO WORTH IT!!! I PROMISE!!
172.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
