ok, just got down with the holiday eating....now starting a diet challenge with my co workers..buy in is $10 weigh in 1/2/12 and last day is 2/13/12 right before valentines day. Person to lose the most % body weight wins the pot and the gratification of losing the weight and starting healthy this year :) I wanna wiiiinnnn.....i can do this....
154.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
